Disturbing the peace

Staff working in Lincolnshire libraries are facing abuse from members of the public.

A report from Lincolnshire police show thirty-seven reports of anti-social behaviour in our libraries. This is a thirty-two-percent increase from 2008.

The list of offences include indecent exposure, public urination, theft, verbal harassment and even death threats.
