It’s been thirty years since UB40 released their best-selling album, ‘Signing Off’. To celebrate, the band are touring the UK, playing the album in its entirety.

Founder member Astro, who plays the trumpet and sings backing vocals, revealed to LSJ News that when UB40 first started many of the band members barely knew how to play their instruments. “It’s great doing these gigs because this is the first time everyone actually knows what they’re doing,” said Astro. “This time, everyone does know what they’re doing with their instruments, and it’s a lot more relaxing.”
