Lincolnshire Police are not prepared for a terrorist attack according to a counter terrorism expert

According to counter terrorism expert Joshua Skocyliz from the University of Lincoln the police are not prepared for a large scale terrorist attack.

Mr. Skocyliz branded Lincoln as a prime target for terrorists looking to cause maximum harm because of the lack of resources available to Lincolnshire police.

Just yesterday the Army bomb disposal team from Nottingham had to be called to Lincoln’s City Hall to deal with a suspicious bag.

The City Hall was evacuated and a controlled explosion was carried out by the disposal team. It was found that nothing suspicious was in the bag and no-one was hurt.
