Commemorative concerts for local orchestra

For the classical music fans; the Lincoln Symphony Orchestra are celebrating their 125th anniversary this year.

The orchestra have played with famous names such as Dame Janet Baker and Julian Lloyd Webber, as well as world famous Lincoln-born conductor, Sir Neville Marriner.

Lauren Lewis spoke to Nigel Peel, the Chairman of Lincoln Symphony Orchestra, who has been playing the double bass with them for 16 years.

Nigel spoke about the four special concerts the orchestra are playing to commemorate their 125 years.
