Former Lincoln City mascot Gary Hutchinson explains about Lincoln City’s success

Lincoln City sit firmly at the top of the National League and have become the first non league team to reach the quarter finals of the FA Cup for 103 years.

LSJ News spoke to Gary Hutchinson, the creator of the popular Stacey West blog and also lifetime Lincoln City fan.

 

As well as being a diehard Imps fan Gary was also Poacher the Imp, the Lincoln City mascot for 16 seasons. Each season Gary walked out at Sincil Bank as the mascot before giving up the role a few years ago. His love for the Imps has continued however and Gary rarely misses a game.

LSJ News caught up with Gary after the fifth round win at Burnley. He explains what the FA Cup run means to him and the club as well as highlighting some of his most memorable Lincoln City moments.
