After the success of the Lincolnshire Card Show on the 27th of February, a bigger event is rearing its head to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Pokémon.

The two upcoming events are to take place in the Cornhill Market. The popular franchise will bring more business to Lincoln.

Organiser of the Lincolnshire Card Show and the Lincolnshire Card Market, Mel says: “Over a thousand people came down to see what we’re all about, we couldn’t be more grateful.” She hopes

With the addition of a CardMania event occurring in Lincoln shortly after the Card Market, these next few months will be the most exciting for Pokémon fans but other card games like Lorcana by Disney can also be found there.

The popularity of each event drives the community closer together, making Lincoln an increasingly tight-knit communities for card collecting.

Sponsor of Lincolnshire Card Show Phantom Cards UK owner Lee Fowler said, “It feels like yesterday when we started popping up in Lincoln, to think we have a shop now and can sponsor events like this is absolutely baffling.”

The small business that started as a pop-up in Lincoln and Nottingham now has its own store, being able to support itself and its team.
