Lincolnshire County Council and the East Midlands Development Agency are both cutting funding to the group. Currently 10 jobs are under threat.
Funding is set to be axed as of the 1st of April.
If the county council do not change there minds on funding by the time the budgets are released the company will be dissolved. Budget proposals will not be confirmed until February.
