Have you ever found yourself drawing a picture whilst concentrating on something else? The art of quick drawing has been celebrated today during National Doodle Day to raise awareness of epilepsy.

Elaine Quigley, from the British Institute of Graphologists, told City Vibe that doodling was used to “reinforce an idea” in someones head whilst they did something else.

The graphologist said: “A lot can be told about someones doodles, they can show male and female. Girls tend to draw flowers and hearts and things whilst boys tend to draw more masculine things like cars. Its really more of a complex thing than just one issue though.”

Our presenters and some of the rest of the team took part in National Doodle Day. See their doodles below and listen to what graphologist Elaine Quigley could gather from them.
