The University of Lincoln has been criticised after a new study revealed a shocking pay gap between male and female professors. The University was ranked 7th worst out of 154 universities across the country. Statistics show that male professors at the university average £8000 more yearly than their female counterparts. The University has strongly denied the allegations, stating that they have methods in place to ensure equality among all employees regardless of their gender.
