More than 140 people have responded to a consultation on houses in multiple occupation in Lincoln.

The city council said more than 75% of those who responded said they were affected by HMOs.

Organisations such as the University of Lincoln Students’ Union are publicly opposing Article 4 in Lincoln noting that more houses are needed as the university constantly grows.

Click below to listen more about this and an interview with Oliva Hill, Vice President Welfare and Community at the Students’ Union.
