Daisy Made Farm reopened its outdoor areas to the public last week with a new addition: a brand new crazy golf course.

The original golf course had been in place for around 12 years and, despite being refurbished several times, was coming to the end of its natural life.

Owner and director, Matt Scarborough, said: “It’s nice to give people a new course which is up to scratch”.

The new golf course, which is a significant investment for the company, cost considerably more than the original golf course.

The golf course, which was supplied by an external company, was created with extensive feedback from those at Daisy Made and the artwork was supplied by local artist Mel Langton.

Daisy Made has undergone extensive refurbishments in the past 5 years and there has been investment in the play area, animal areas, car park, entrance and exit gates to improve traffic flow and an extension to the café.

Daisy Made stayed open throughout lockdown with a takeaway service due to its drive through facility.

Daisy Made, which is located in Skellingthorpe, has been a Lincoln staple since it opened in 1992 and plans to celebrate its 30th birthday next year.

9. A struggle and things don't get easier once you're through the plough

10. Should be simple but can be frustrating. Could take 1 shot, could take 10...Daisy is not kind on this one

11. Another relatively simple hole, don't let the hills fool you. Hit it hard enough to get over the hills but not too hard or you'll hit the plough...

12. This hole is no picnic, easy to get stuck behind objects!

13. An exciting finale but be careful to judge the jump correctly. Too hard or too gentle and you'll miss the basket
