Besma Ayari is joining the march against tuition fee rises for LSJ News and will be sending us video reports throughout the day. Keep checking this page for the latest updates!

Over 300 protesters from Lincoln left just after seven o’ clock this morning on seven coaches.They will join thousands of students from across the country, protesting against a rise in tuition fees. The march in London is expected to begin at 12. 45p.m. but students first face the long bus journey to the capital.

*UPDATE* Students from Lincoln are on their way to London to demonstrate against a rise in tuition fees. Joe Forster says they are marching to protect the next generation of students.

    Such a shame that the march was ruined by ‘professional’ anarchists.
    The memory for most of the UK’s population will be that students are violent idiots.
    Of course the fact is that it was a minority that, once again, has tarnished the majority.
