Lincoln Mental Health Service saved by National Lottery Grant

As part of celebrating its 34th Birthday, the National Lottery have saved a Lincoln metal health charity by awarding it £185,000.

Involve@Lincoln aims to tackle homelessness and mental illness.

Involve@Lincoln offers counselling, training and support to people in the area suffering with their mental health.

The hub is on Lincoln’s Mint Lane and is run by Community Assets Plus.

Volunteers at the centre said the new funding will be used to refurbish and improve the centre.

The LSJ Weekly Bulletin at 3pm will have more on the story.
