Tonight kick starts the festive season at Lincolnshire’s premier youth centre.
The Showroom on Tritton Road is holding a two-day Christmas Fayre, which will include everything from a selection of stalls to Santa’s Grotto.
The event will start tonight at six o’clock with a carol service from the Salvation Army and will continue tomorrow, with a chance to browse even more stalls held by local businesses and also a screening of a festive Christmas film.
“After the success of our summer fête we’re hoping to recreate another big community event, and Christmas is the perfect opportunity,” says Lyndsey Hannam from the venue.
“Because The Showroom is targeting a younger audience, we shouldn’t get too much competition from other events happening on the same days”
Entry is free for both adults and children, with some activities costing a small fee.
Other events coming up at The Showroom over the festive period include a Christmas Dinner and Dance Nights on the 9th and 10th December at six-thirty.
