The Great British Circus arrived in Lincolnshire recently, and is causing quite a stir amongst animal right’s groups and locals alike. The controversial extravaganza, which features elephants, lions, tigers and a menagerie of other beasts, will be open for business from March 3rd, but several animal rights organisations have expressed outrage that the show is being allowed to go ahead, after the circus was caught up in a whirlwind of outrage last year, after elephants were shown being brutally abused by one of their handlers.
