The lincoln branch for the RSPCA are appealing this week for people to buy a pet for christmas. The bid came after yet another large intake of unwanted or abused animals turning up at the RSPCA centre in lincoln. Representatives from the national rescue centre say that the recession has ment that families can no longer aford to look after there pets and this has added to the amount of pets being handed over.
