Efforts to improve the health and well-being of Lincolnshire’s mentally ill elderly have been underway at Lincolnshire’s Eagle Hall since 2016.

The Sage Gardener programme uses nature found on the grounds of Swinderby’s Eagle Hall to encourage people suffering with diseases like dementia to interact with their environment.

Patients and carers are invited to the site around 30 times a year where 25 volunteers run workshops based around art, animals and becoming more active.
