The Dad of a 14-year old school girl has called for the law to be changed after his duaghter was hit by a van on Hieghington Road, Canwick, near Lincoln. The driver of the van pleaded guilty to driving without due car and attention and was issued a £185. The father of the teen says “he has got of lightley”, and “the law should be changed, he deserves at least some kind of driving ban”.
