Up and coming duet Elisa and Srigala who have been supporting rapper Loyle Carner have spoken out about a sexist remark that was made at a recent gig.

A man in the audience at their Norwich show on Monday 9 October, made the comment to the duo. It was quickly shut down by Loyle Carner himself when he appeared on stage.

Loyle Carner said: “You’ve gotta go, for being sexist, you’ve gotta go;” the man was escorted out by security and banned from the venue.

Loyle Carner responded to praise from the public on his Twitter, whilst many people at the gig took to Twitter to show their support for the artist.
