Two young men are in hospital after a hit-and-run in Riseholme.

Lincolnshire Police are looking for anyone with any information on a hit and run collision which happened on Riseholme Lane at 16:57 today.

A hatchback car was seen leaving the scene after hitting two young men who sustained injuries that left them in Lincoln County Hospital.

One of the males sustained a major head injury while the other was left with less severe injuries.

The car is thought to have possible windscreen and front-end damage. No other description has been provided yet.

Anyone with any information is asked to call the non-emergency 101 number immediately, quoting incident number 288 of November 6.
