Club events are opening once again very soon.
After over a year of lockdowns, isolations and rigorous anti spread and testing procedures, many have become accustomed to life during the pandemic.
So are we ready for large scale club events to return to Lincoln?
I spoke to members of the public about any concerns or hopes they may have:
Someone in particular, Lucy Incles, said: “I’m in two minds, I am very excited to get back into places and have a good time but I’m also really worried because I won’t know if the people around me have had tests or vaccinations.”
One large scale club event returning to Lincoln later this year is Foreverland. A club event Lincoln hasn’t seen for nearly two years by the time it returns on October 2nd at The Engine Shed.
Connor Scanlan, lead organiser of Foreverland said: “At the Engine Shed, the safety of our customers and staff is our priority. From the beginning of the pandemic, we have always followed the most up to date Government guidance and will continue to do so as we start to invite customers back to the venues.”
Club events will, of course, have to adhere to governmental regulations regarding Covid-19.
