Coeliac is an autoimmune disease which is estimated to affect 1.4 percent of the world population and causes the day-to-day diet of sufferers to be limited and time-consuming.

Nexvax2, the vaccine which could change the lives of coeliacs, is designed to restore the ability of the immune system to tolerate gluten.
