Lincoln’s very own Steep Hill recently won the award of ‘Best Street in Britain’, but there is even more to see in the City.
Lincoln has several hidden gems waiting to be explored, ranging from the oldest Roman arch that stilll has traffic passing underneath it to a former Jewish Synagogue dating right back to the 13th century.
If that wasn’t enough, the City is also the location for the oldest bridge in the United Kingdom with buildings still on it.
