Lincoln City Manager David Holdsworth has left the club by mutual consent.
The Imps currently sit 18th in the Blue Square Premier League and have only taken 9 points from their last 12 games.
The club announced the resignation on their website at 14:40 today and thanked Holdsworth for his efforts during his tenure.
