Transgender teens in Lincoln are raising awareness of the process of transitioning by sharing photos of how they have physically changed with the #MomentsInTransition.
Transgender teens were using this hashtag to celebrate their journey of transitioning, by sharing then and now photos in light of Transgender Day of Visibility. the hashtag was so successful that it is still going strong today.
Teens are now sharing their ‘then and now’ photos with the world, the posts are helping to give insight to others into what goes on inside a person’s mind when they feel they’re not who they’re meant to be.
