A Freedom of Information request by BBC Radio Lincolnshire has revealed that 29 ambulances were called out to Steep Hill last year.
Some of the most common reasons for the callouts are people having difficulty breathing, feeling faint or collapsing completely.
The walk is popular with tourists due to the cathedral and castle at the top of the street.
