One the Brayford is the new scheme for the creation of 89 new apartments along the Brayford.
The development is scheduled to take around a year and 6 months and the building is inspired by the Tate Modern in London. It is being overseen by Jackson and Jackson developments and is already five months into being built. It will appear next to The Hilton Hotel.
It is being designed by Stem Architects, a Lincoln based firm, who are inspired by the city’s history of industry especially the creation of tanks used in World War One.
Similarly, the same company designed The Gateway, the new University of Lincoln accommodation.
