Working alongside the University of Lincoln the Trust will be supporting its nurses, physiotherapists and radiologists by offering twenty of them the opportunity to complete a Masters Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice with modules in the degree focused around their job roles in the Trust.

The funding for the degrees comes from Health Education England (HEE) who also gave the trust a similar £250,000 investment last year.

Alun Roebuck, a Consultant Nurse said: “Your workforce is the heart of any organisation and this is certainly the case at ULHT. This funding gives us the opportunity to continue developing a blended team of doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, pharmacists and radiologists that is fit for the future, sustainable and will allow us to provide the highest quality of care for the population of Lincolnshire.
