“Staying fit and active during the current conditions will be a key part to not just your physical health, but your mental health as well.”

Doing regular exercise is good for your health and mental well-being. Research show that it can help with stress, anxiety and depression while increasing happier moods and better sleeping patterns.

Personal trainer Ryan Snell also believes in promoting physical health, which can help and benefit your mental health.

Ryan said, “I feel that a lot of us will never have this amount of time on our hands again to do stuff we wouldn’t normally have time for. This doesn’t just stem from staying physically active, keep your mind active is also important.

“I would suggest walking up and down your stairs trying to be as active as possible or home workouts that don’t require any equipment.”
