English journalist and author Peter Hitchens has described Lincoln Cathedral as one of the most wonderful buildings in the world – even comparing it to the Taj Mahal.
This comes as he visited the University of Lincoln yesterday to talk to trainee journalists about his career.
The 64-year-old writes for The Mail on Sunday and is a former foreign correspondent in Moscow and Washington.
