The new leader of the Labour Party, Ed Milliband made his debut at Prime Minister’s Question Time today.
Mr Milliband lead on questions about the economy, as well as questioning Vince Cable about his plans for unlimited tuition fees for university students.

The clash comes ahead of the comprehensive spending review that will happen on the week beginning the 18th October detailing the coalition government’s plans for where the axe will fall with spending cuts for government departments. Worst case scenarios are cuts of as much as 40%, although most departments have been asked to shave 10-20% off their budgets.
