On Thursday, Network Rail annouced their plans to construct a bridge going over the tracks at Brayford Wharf East.
The footbridge has been proposed in order to stop pedestrians from rushing across the tracks when the warning signals start.

Further to yesterday’s announcement, Network Rail today revealed their plans in a public exhibition that will last until Saturday, 20th October.
