With Valentines Day drawing closer, will you be in love…on a date… or settling for meaningless fun?

Out of 100 Lincolnshire people surveyed, by year three Journalists Lisa Denholm and Jemma Coburn, 7% said they’ve had sex on more than one occasion, with someone they’ve only just met.

Denise Pickup is a local relationship counsellor, also working as a counsellor for the Jeremy Kyle show, and she believes that taking things slow is most beneficial for a growing relationship.

She said: “Up until the late sixties there was a very set way of doing things.

“You met somebody, went steady and then you got engaged… then usually you got married after about two years.”
