Lincolnshire farms have been targeted by an organised gang, who are believed to have stolen nineteen tractors in the past month.
The tractors are being stripped down to their basic components, then being sold on the black market to countries in Eastern Europe and the Middle East, where the demand for the parts are high.
Lincolnshire police are asking farmers to remain vigilant, particularly ones in more excluded rural areas.
