Eight local independent coffee shops are trying to encourage the people of Lincoln to support local coffee businesses in the area and stop them from drinking as regularly from high street coffee chains.
The disloyalty card works just like a loyalty card that is used already in many coffee shops and restaurants. The idea behind the scheme is to try and raise interest in local business and get money into the local economy.
Sam Pidoux spoke with Paul Rhodes an employment support worker from the Healthy Hub in Lincoln to find out more about the idea.
