The man who will take over as Bishop of Lincoln, succeeding the retiring Right Reverend Doctor John Saxbee, has been touring his new diocese today.
It was announced earlier that the Venerable Christopher Lowson, who has been Director of Ministry at the Archbishops’ Council since 2006, will take up the post after his ordination in September.
Alex Blackburne spoke to the newly-elected Bishop about his new position, who expressed his delight at being chosen for the role.
