Fancy a change of pace? A different start to your day? Why not try Tai Chi? Although you might have to be up before dawn…

We all have our little routines when we start the day whether it’s a good old stretch or copious amounts of coffee to kick start us. 
Well George Blogg who has practiced Tai Chi for over 20 years offers free classes in Richmond park in  Gainsborough at 8.15am every Wednesday.
